Our rentals are sanitized and sterilized for your use. Your safety is a top priority for us.

Your picnic reservation comes with the following items to accommodate the total of guests under your reservation:  Set-up, styling and cleaning • Use of everything for 2 hours

Picnic Rental includes:

• 1 – Picnic Table
• 2 – Chairs
• 2 – Pillows
• Tableware
• Glassware
• Grazing board (variety of cheese, seasonal fruits and crackers)
•  Choice of sparkling, still water(s) or juice served cold
•  Flower arrangement(s)
•  A fringe umbrella
•  Comfortable pillows and rugs for seating
•  Custom message board
•  Plates, napkins, silverware and drinking glasses (disposable)
•  Ice bucket

Rules:

No moving of display after officially being placed

No operating the generator should one is need

Delivery Fee:

$25.00 – within 10 miles from zip code our storage facility.

$50.00 – from 11 to 20 miles from zip code storage facility.

$75.00 – from 21 to 30 miles from zip code storage facility.

$100.00 – from 31 to 40 miles from zip code storage facility.

$125.00 – from 41 to 50 miles from zip code storage facility.

$150.00 – from 51 to 60 miles from zip code storage facility.

$175.00 – from 60 to 100 miles from zip code storage facility.

$200 – fee for events that require Stairs / Elevators / or Hotel Deliveries.

$250 –  fee for West Palm and Miami locations.

Reservation:

• Secure your date by confirming with us prior to booking.
• Klarna and Sezzle Payment Options available.

Security Deposit: Refundable $99 security deposit required, it will be refunded 48 hours after event if equipment is in good condition and not excessive cleaning is needed.

Generator: Please note that Marquees can be plug in without extra cost, if Generator is needed just let us know ($75 generator fee will apply).

Park Parties: We’re vendor approved in all Broward Parks, Miami Dade Parks and majority of the cities parks, please note that all Parks have specific requirements for their facilities we strongly recommend contact us by text message at 954.800.5058 before you secure make your reservation.

Cancellations: We know you don’t want to cancel/reschedule your event but just in case a cancelation/reschedule is needed payment will be credited for a future booking. You will have up to 1 year to use it. All payments are non-refundable.
